Mardis Honey
After a lifetime of off-and-on bee keeping, the elder Mardises began selling honey in the Oxford area in 2010. In 2016, the business was passed down to the next generation, now run by Karen (Mardis) Lafferty, Andrew Lafferty, and their two children. Mardis Honey is 100% pure, raw, & local - even if the label is put on a little crooked. The Laffertys and Mardises love to talk about travel and raising bees. Mardis Honey offers custom labeling for orders of 12 units or more (for gifts, favors, or fundraising), and are available for (free) speaking engagements.
