Bryan Civetello started making homemade frozen desserts in 1982, carrying on a tradition from the Italian neighborhood where he grew up. Inspired by his grandma's recipe, he makes healthier dessert options that are low sugar and non-dairy and loaded with all-natural flavors & local fruits.
